Childs tab advice please

Im looking for a childs tablet for my little girl to play with, she might only be 16mths old but she can turn my o/h's samsung tab on, unlock the screen & load one of the games we've put on there for her....trouble is being that age she's not very gentle & likes to carry it around giving us a heart attack (laminate floors & tabs dont mix well) So we thought about getting her a smaller 7" one she can play with....so any suggestions would be appreciated.

The only one we've found so far is this one from FT.......it was £41 the other day, & after sending FT a message about incorrect conversion from $ to £ its now gone down to £38.92......any tech buffs on here know if its a good deal ?.....Ive never heard of Rockchip ?

Our littleone has severe autism and is not kind to her stuff.
Her tablet takes quite a beating its regularly dropped, drooled on, food on it etc
She has the hudl 2 with rubberised case its cartwheeled down stairs at least twice.

I can only praise the Tesco Hudl2, think they around £100 mark now, mines been brilliant and it gets some abuse (travel a lot so it goes through rough times), my OH's Apple ipad mini costs 3 times more and is no better, in fact worse, can do far more with mine.

Only bug, I paid £300 for the apple as birthday present to her, she bought me for my birthday the £100 hudl, is there something Im doing wrong ??????

Back to OP, just to mess it a bit, relation has very autistic 10 yo daughter, no communication or anything, but her life for last 5 years has been an old ipad, she cannot be seperated from it, and you can imagine the abuse thats taken.

I bought my boy a nabi 2 a couple of years ago and it serves him very well. Loaded with a load of children's apps as well
