So put batteries in the (says kbox mini) subox. Displays says fully charged on mod. Vape for around 6 or so hours on it over time battery display says battery charge diminishing. Once it says their dead I put it in charger and charger says battery is usually around 48 - 51% charged?? Is my charger malfunctioning is my mod? Where's the problem ?

The mod has calculated there is not enough power in the batteries to provide the required wattage, although 51% does seem high ...does lowering the wattage allow it to fire ? Somebody more electrically minded will be along

your mod will have a cut off point where a battery is at its lowest voltage to be able to be recharged. In my simplistic world a have charged 4volt battery will have around 2 volts left in it . so id say there isnt a problem with either really if your still getting 6 hours vape out the battery.

I have the Kbox and when I charge my battery's they will show between 25 to 48% still in them, so I would say it's quite normal,,

I think the lowest you should let the battery run down to is around 3.2 volts. The mod won't let the battery discharge any further than deemed safe for the battery

Varies between mods and batteries, but better mods will stop when the battery voltage while firing goes below their limit, so the battery voltage at rest could be much higher if it is old or not a high drain battery. On some you see the battery indicator go up if you turn the wattage down and vice versa.

Yes I have seen the battery charge go up if or when I turn wattage down. I assumed it was telling me battery will last longer at lower wattage. Which makes sense. Was suprised to see the mod recognise this though
