Hi all first post on here, I'm thinking of running a stall in local markets a few of my local towns don't have a quality B&M store. I'd love you open a B&M store but thanks to my ex wife I don't have have capital or the credit rating to do so. I'm thinking of stocking a range from your egos to your quality mods with a range of 1/2 decent factory juice and a gourmet range.
Do you guys have any advice ( or criticism of my idea) to get this off the ground
Cheers vapers

Hello & welcome johnstrangeyIt would have been best if you had introduced yourself first in the New members board, before asking advice on running a business.

do some research on the likely effects of regulations before committing your money, also don't sell cheap crap as you may well find a lot of nasty exploding ego batteries could land you in serious trouble. Just buy quality products and sell at sensible prices tbh I would not bother with standard ego style as you can get these anywhere now even home bargains. The profit margins are not so great these days with everyone jumping on the band wagon but if you get the right products it will still be decent enough. good luck whatever you decide.

Welcome and good luck. Like any other business, you are going into it to make a profit first and foremost. So to me the first thing to ask is, do you have enough of a customer base to sell enough products. As the saying goes, location, location, location. Good luck with it if you go ahead.

For me there are 3 local vendors. I always end up using the one in town for convenience of its location. Also a massive plus is that they have testers of almost all their flavours unfortunately not the pricey ones like five pawns although they use all their own standard little cleoromisers pre set up with flavours and labeled so you can test. Flavours little muted but you get the idea of what its like
