jessica and wildpolecat It seems to be the opposite infact, in that the atomiser was screwed too tightly into the tank base (please add proper terminology as I don't know). I have put it in so that the atty has sealed with the ????? but not wanged it right up and it has done the trick 10mins happy vaping with no issues. Although I think I need to drop my nic level a bit now as the last chug got me head spinning

or, put a small thin washer over the 510 connector on the tank so it takes up the gap between stick and tank base, but holding the tank a tad higher in the stick's 510 connector. Great minds think a like I mentioned this slightly earlier in the thread as an option but as they are both pretty much brand new, didn't feel like I should have to do it

Great minds think a like I mentioned this slightly earlier in the thread as an option but as they are both pretty much brand new, didn't feel like I should have to do it what you will find is that vaping is a hobby where fractions of a mm make all the difference, between things working or not, between possibly damaging kit or not, etc... some tanks and devices just don't get on due to things like the centre +ive pin on the tank's too short, or the 510 connector on the mod is too deep, or in your case there's a gap between tank base and the mod when the centre pins of both are making contact - it's just one of those things that you get used to... ..frustrating?? Hell Yes !! p.s. maybe have a look at one of these:- www.stealthvape.co.uk/22MM-OCD-ATTY-WASHER-SPACER

wildpolecat I've yet to try custard, although I really feel I must as EVERYBODY seems to love it jessica this may only be my 2nd tank but I can see it being my only tank again for a while, it really is superb! With the adjustable air flow on the base and drip tip it can be great for both mtl or direct lung fillers and have I mentioned the flavour

I have the 30w model, but never had that problem. Having said that I'm using an Eleaf GS Air atty at 1.6ohm. I did use my Subohm mini with a .5 ohm head and that also worked fine.

GunJack I'm as addicted to this hobby already as I was to the fags! I get that different manufactoreres will have slightly different tolerences but I find it mildly annoying having to fix brand new gear, although I am no stranger to it as I often find myself working on my downhill bikes more with new upgrades than after a big crash  bookmarked that link as well cheers, reckon it'll come in handy on day

Glad you got it sorted alexthebear If you think tinkering with the choice parts is a faff wait till you get your mits on some of the fine clones the far east has to offer he-he.
