Found a recipe that uses it at 8% . . . . so that might be a figure to try if your friend enjoys a strong flavour. I always taste a dab of neat flavouring first, helps me determine how strong it seems and to decide what percentage to mix at for my tastes.

I have got too many concentrates i need to stop buying and try to use some up, i have just mixed fruit circles and milk from tfa but hope it gets better with a steep it tastes like a weird lemon, i will have to start puting a bit on my hand to try first as all different brands vary so much on percentages

YW Ryan . . . . this is also a tasty ' Ribena ' type recipe: Blackcurrant 10-13% ( though I don't think you'll need anywhere near as much of Inawera's ) Strawberry 3% Blackberry 4% Sweetener 1% Perfect for adding a little Koolada or Menthol to as well.
