So I *cough* recently *cough* ordered some more gear from FT and Efun, both of which I've used before without incident... This time however after ordering on the 13th of last month nothing has turned up, my package from Efun.top is non-trackable so god knows where that is and my fasttech package has been stuck on "arrival at processing centre (GB)" since the 22nd of last month. Can anybody make a recommendation as to what I should do? Can I contact customs at all? I wouldn't be bothered if it was £20 worth of cheap stuff, but I've spent quite a large chunk of my vape allowance on this assortment of gear and would ideally like to receive thy items.

Hmm - never experienced that problem myself, but I would be tempted to hang fire for a few days as the tracking on these is notoriously bad. The chances are that they are waiting in the Truro Sorting Office and will drop through your letterbox about 30 minutes after you make the call to HMRC. The most important thing that you need when ordering from Fasttech is patience!

That said Fasttech is usually very fast now a days, 2 weeks max in my experience!

I made an order with Efun on the 17th. Email said sent on 19th. Tried the tracking No last week and it just showed 'Shipment Submitted' on the 20th. This week I put the tracking number in several trackers. Royal Mail said it had been delivered. Put a post up on the Efun forum. Got a reply Tuesday which basically said 'Patience Grasshopper. It's surface mail & $1.99 for tracking' It arrived yesterday

You can't directly contact HMRC at Langley, you just have to sit tight and wait... The only problem packet I had was from Inawera in Poland, just 100ml of flavour concentrate...it went from Langley back to Inawera with not delivered on it Inawera were great, re-sent it and it came through in 5 days

I have had 4 or 5 packages stuck in the Langley timewarp in the past, one was there for over three weeks. No clues as to why it happened, it was just a 2 small items package. Arrived unmolested, clearly not opened. It all showed up eventually though. Dr Who keeps his Police Box there

That's the joy of ordering from China, place your order and forget about it, then enjoy the surprise when postie turns up and you think what on earth is that!
