6 weeks ago, I knocked up a couple of 100mls of Vanilla custard using perfumer's apprentice as the main, mixed at 20% it is still yellow? is this normal or to be expected? drop test on my hand it just tastes sweet, if the perfumers bottle wasn’t nearly empty I'd be convinced I'd just used em and DDL in it. I have some CAP @ 3 weeks which is really dark in comparison....
on a side note!!! What an idiot, decided with one of the bottles I was going to throw 10ml of caps VC in there to give some flavour, well threw the bottle in and moved onto my next mixing batch and noticed a different cap colour, intriguing; DOH 7.5ml of vanilla cupcake is what I'd thrown in not VC so the 10 ml of VC went in with it for good measure, if its rancid I'll work it out with VG and smooth and some more CAP VC; note to self pay attention....

Thinking back . . . . when I first used TPA's VC, by itself @20% I don't remember it changing colour especially. Though that was some years ago, so my memory could be a little off. Combining in recipes since, like Capella's I've found the change to be pretty much the same whiteclouds. Cupcake may well have diluted the effect?

It won't be rancid at all. Some of the best recipes are made with accidents

I only put the cupcake in (by accident) 2 days ago, I put them together before we went on hols the one that the cupcake and Cap VC went in; is starting to show a colour change already
