I've got into the habit of checking out any Vendor's contact details, T&C's, Returns Policy before anything else must admit.

This is pretty good, other than needing to change their ' cooling off ' period to 14 days, to be compliant.

Thanks perpetua, this is one of my local B&M's and are just normal working people from a area where jobs are very hard to come by and they are really doing there best to make a living from this. Sharon who owns the shop is a very genuine person and I can say that with hand on heart.
