I've held off commenting on this device, but having had it for a few days, I have to say it is awesome! I've only used it in wattage mode so far but honestly, my juices taste better on this device. I thought I was imagining it so I put the Subtank i'm using on my Istick at the same wattage the Xcube is set at and sure enough it tasted different. If anyone has any idea why I would appreciate an explanation! I am loving the shiny disco lights (I have it set so it randomly cycles through the colours when the button is pressed down ) It is big as others have said but not as big as I feared and I happily use it out of the house. I actually like the size and feel of it and I have teeny girl hands. Kind of wish I had held off for a black one, the silver shows up every. single. fingerprint I am no expert as this shows but I just had to rave about it, I am in love and the Istick hasn't had a look in since it arrived

If you think that's good collie2011 wait till you try the TC with either NI200 or TI wire. At first it's fiddly till you get the settings correct but then it's amazing. My absolute favourite Mod and I'll be trying out SS wire on it soon. Have to agree though it's definitely the worst I've seen for fingerprints.

I have a nickel allergy so I'm going to try a titanium or SS build I think. Not going to risk the nickel. Just waiting for my new dripper, it's on the way from China now.

Love mine too but it's mahoooooosive! Got loads of TC mods but never used TC, vapes lovely on vw as you'd expect and dual 18650s means it lasts all day and beyond. Great mod for the money, In fact I've four Smok boxes and they're all 100% keepers

I have to agree... I bought this on impulse when Gearbest had it on offer, it just seemed a really good price, but it was only my 2nd week vaping. I then wondered, after the shinyitis had passed, "why the hell do I need a 160w mod!?"
When it arrived I had a quick go, wasn't too impressed as the firing bar seemed to be sticking a little, and the menus confused me. I put it aside and thought I'd probably made a mistake.
But then...
I had some time (in short supply, usually!) the other day, and picked it back up. A tiny loosing of one of the screws sorted the sticking firing bar. Some perseverance and a bit of Youtube made sense of the menus. Disco lights!
I've totally come round to this now, loving it. I'm not pushing it it anywhere near it's limits, and I'm still not even sure how I could, and I've not used the TC yet (TC is something I've not got onto getting my head round yet), but I've had it up to 50w with 0.3 coils in my Atlantis... nice vaping.
This is only my 3rd mod (30w iStick and Sigelei 75w TC being the others), and the interface was a step up, lots more settings, but once the penny dropped it's a doddle.
And disco lights!
I'll be seriously considering the mini when it comes out.

Yea the firing bar was an issue on mine at first, luckily the head of the hex screws is the same as the ones that alot of drippers use so the same hex key could be used! At first the bar would just stick at the top but after loosening it a bit it was fine, maybe i the black and mini versions theyve addressed that though. The menu system is nice also, its good they have that kind of menu instead of having to remember alot of button combinations to get around it heh

Black one on its way from gearbest, think it was £35!! Will use the tips here regarding the firing bar, I also fancy the 75w mini when it arrives, wonder if the firing bar issue will be solved!!, Indeed the black one was released later so that may also be fixed?? Edited to add, just noticed this is a mirror of vapee post, must clean my glasses ....

And the firing bar was a tiny adjustment, I was getting ready to take the bugger apart and then, "oh, that's sorted then" I'm also fancying the 75w mini, happened to notice this earlier... www.efun.top/smok-x-cube-mini-75w-tc-box-mod.htmlNot shipping till end of November, but cheeeeeap! They've got a good price on the TFV4 mini too. Must resist... don't need more stuff... aaaargh..!
