The ST Nano turned up today with a pack of Ni OCC coils, it sits just flush with the 510 but still not tight. All three of my ST mini bases have a 1.5-2mm gap, they definitely have a slightly longer 510, maybe it will settle over time. Not 100% sure if the Nano is really suited to the constant 40w from the Istick, it does warm up but I'm not chain vaping so no burnt fingers although I do keep covering the airway!. Aww but TC is very nice with my manabush chircahua sun, very satisfying to chase flavour and vapour production between 300 and 400 degF. Oh well at least I had 6 weeks playing with kanthal

I'd go for the crown tank, best tank I've had so far.. Puts the subtank too shame, I haven't used thier ni200 coils yet even though one come in the box just the stainless steel coils in tc on my dna200 and it's the best tc vape I've ever had from a tank. Highly recommended although you won't be able to vape it in tc without more ni200 coils with your device.. I've taken it too work after someone else questioned whether it leaks and can confirm it doesn't and I just leave it on its side on the seat next too me.

Forget my comment, for some reason it skipped my mind that your using a 40w device.. The crown only starts to shine at about 60-70w really.

fwiw im on my 2nd tank full using my new dovpo harvest tank, its a coil head tank which uses kanger subtank coils, and the v2 rba head fits too.. big thumbs up, and imo is a nicer sculpted look than the squared off sub tanks.. oh and the top fill while basic is easy n foolproof.. for less than £13 for a branded atty its a bargain and a good vape too.... www.gearbest.com/clearomizers/pp_229333.html
