I'm looking for a DNA250 mod, been using a Steam Crave Hadron / Ragnar combo and even with the right 21700s battery life is not brilliant. And DNA v Yihi..gimme E-scribe any day.
first things first I don't like the screen on the 250C which rules out the few mods that appear to be available ..can live with a little overhang.
Probably looking at a custom box but basic specs...
Triple 18650 in Realeux /triade form or big Li-poly 510 that will take a 35mm SC Ragnar
grateful for pointers

Did you receive them? I'm waiting on an order from a week ago. my apologies, shows how often I look in these days. The order arrived promptly as have several more. They were out of Molicel when I ordered my second set and I plumped for a pair of Samsungs. Not a good choice.

I purchased a Steam crave Hadron anniversary kit, plan was to run it on 18650s as I have a box of new VTC5s. After 4 years using DNA200s going back to a conventional dual 18650 mod is a tad disappointing. Voltage sag to start with😔 No comparison between the Yihi (reminds me of my first 'big mod' a Sigele 150) and DNA / Escribe.
Anyways I've looked around and it's a toss up between Shock-li from Torchy or Samsung 30/40t ??

Err...nope. Attys have been stripped and ultra-sonic bathed. Thought it may be a similar issue to the original Realeaux and has a bad earth. Throws up 'new coil' in wattage modes, can't even burn a coil in on the damned thing. Reads one resistance..... vapes at another. Compared to my previous (and deceased) DNA200s...utter

I've had a 300w Thinkvape Finder 250C for about two years after my Realeaux died as I wanted a high watt triple mod.
Actually hated the 250C layout, the screen, the changes to escribe that came with it, gave up on it several times but then my other DNAs went pop-pop-pop like ducks in a row. So its in use again and it keeps giving hot hits.
I haven't singed this many wicks since I started vaping1sm056pullhair
For what ever reason the board keeps asking new/old coil, atomizer analyser has shown ALL coils on all to be stable to 0.001 although there is a lot of variation over the full depth of the 510 when screwing down an atomiser.
However....in device monitor the resistance drops on firing...hence the constant new/old coil? Thought it would have been within 25% coil recognition?

Cheers for that, sorry I haven't logged in for a while. Purchased 50 from Nikon as a family 'group' buy, four vapers with too many batteries of different ages. A new year clear out was in order. Fairly pleased with 50 for £150 delivered

Only thing I've thought about in relation to vaping and brexit is we can get rid of the stupid tpd beyond that i stocked up before the tpd came into force still got enough wire, cotton, mods and nic base for the next ten years at least. Same here, essentially the only thing I will need is some more VTC5s, niece and her o/h want some too so looks like an order will go in in January.

I have a printed Windows mod, reference style, I was cutting up a dead tree last week and threw an off-cut over my shoulder. Landed on the chainsaw tool kit and my vape, the Steamcrave was undamaged but the back section of mod broke across the screw holes.
Think it was a shapeways but not sure, is Windows still about? Just need to find out which one to order.

Hi been a while since I changed my VC mixes but felt like giving these a try. Most of the info Ive found has pointed towards 3% Custard and 2% CB either as stand alones or combos. Oddly steep times appear to be quite short...or the mixers have no idea what they are missing
Mixed up a little recipe I found 3:2:1 Custard-CB-French Vanilla (cap) seems to have promise very much like Charlie Noble, also very nice dripped over a GVC clone and my regular VC mix.
Anyone have any recommendations for getting the most out of the two concentrates?
well two months down the line and I'm in two minds..either
its a short 3-4 days steep vape which is quite eggy, almost like an Aldi pastis de nata...ALMOST, prbably needs a hint of cinnamon but as far as I can tell it doesn't improve on a long steep at the levels I've seen recommended
or its an extra, I tried reducing the Capella VC1 with 50% of the standalone, found that a bit meek and light on the vanilla after 4 & 6 weeks.
Guess I'll have to double up...back in 6 weeks

probably a silly question ...if you have a source ..model shop.. where-ever. I've looked around online but they appear to be out of stock. I'm after two, importantly could get away with one for my printed windows DNA200,
I'd rather re-case the other tbh its really tight and 900mah doesn't give much vape time at higher power.

hmmm, found ice cream vanillas too light for my taste
'I'm at this with my 'daily' 15% VC1 2% French vanilla 1.5% bavarian 1% DEL light 1% DEL caramel 0.5% ethyl maltol
back to the Inawara...so far the custard appears to be a dry-powdery almost biscuity flavour and the CB rich and eggy.
Wondering if anyone had used them to complement Capella VC1?

So as many when we get new toys mods rdas rta's etc...It's a new device to discover. I'm a self confessed tank chaser looking for the "One" The ones that have come and gone are spheroid, orchid, goblin mini 1 and 2, serpent mini, kayfun mini 2.1, Billow v2, athea 22, nextgen etc etc. Some of these still get a run out. But the last couple of days I've been totally blown away by the skyline. The versatility if this tank with the accessories is just sublime. I got the drop tank with bubble glass to up capacity. The last couple of days I've put a new build in every end of work day. Easy to wick absolutely no leaks and the vape is just mind blowing. Very very happy indeed. This could be the end of tank buying. Well at least for a couple of months....haha Gave up on mod and atomiser chasing a while back, listened to waaayyy too many lyicals being waxed. I spent more time trying to get new sooper dooper atties vaping well than I did vaping them.
just checked my posts.....besides batteries the last time I bought any new vape gear was Feb 2017
