I've been stinky free since 17 Mar 2012, my very first order was from VE, my last one a few weeks ago and all the ones between so I'm absolutely gutted. Will have to be scanning the board for a new supplier, doubt anyone holds a candle to VE. Excellent service! Wishing Jason & co nothing but the best.

Thanks for all the kind messages Looks like I made a big mistake in sending out a newsletter at the same time as posting on forums, Facebook & Twitter. The load took the server down (along with a lot more companies on the same server) and it's just not dropping at the moment (too many F5'ing ) So the best advice I can give is to leave it a while before checking again and we'll try and ease it back in Nothing like going out with a bang, think you may have stopped the stock exchange for the day... WOW VE Jason... that's a shock from 'out of the blue'. I truly hope this is in your life's plan and not something forced upon you. VE is one of very few sites that I recommend to people who ask me 'where can I get one'... a business and a staff that have offered and delivered quality and exceptional customer service. Whatever the reasons, I wish you Jason, and all your staff further success in the future in whatever you all pursue. Please keep in touch on the forum with updates on what you are doing (within reason)

Well that wasn't a good day My apologies for the website (which is still down) - having handled sales easily before I (wrongly) assumed that it would be fine. Every time the Tech guys get it back up it rapidly gets brought down again. At one stage today around lunchtime we had 288 baskets trying to get through checkout at the same time Anyway, they are going to try and ease it back in overnight and tomorrow morning and if that doesn't work, we will move servers just for the closing down sale. We can only apologise for the inconvenience On a brighter note - I'd really like to thank you all for your messages on the forum, by PM, email and telephone - they really have been overwhelming and very much appreciated.

VE Jason tell the tech guys to setup a free cloudflare account will help it not get knocked offline or errors 10 minutes to setup and should be fine
