Just wicked up the supplied coil in the re-buildable base section using the "Scottish Roll" method and took it up to 75watts and it was great but a tad too warm for me, so lowered it to 50watts and I have never seen/exhaled so much vapour.

Mine arrived yesterday, I havent had a chance to use it yet as I'm waiting for batteries on the slow boat but is this normal? It goes all the way through and seems quite loose.

I'm looking at this but I rarely use stock coils. I currently use a sub tank mini with tc builds pretty much exclusively as it's so good. Is anyone using one of these with a tc build and if so have you compared to a substank similar build ?

If you are talking about the drip tip.......looks like it has a crack/seam in the centre tube? Mine does not have that. Mine seems well finished with no discernible fault lines running through the drip tip.

Yes its the drip tip, after closer inspection its obvious its a crack as it goes right throught the bottom, put in a support request with them.

Just noticed too, these are down to £17.75 from the EU warehouse now too

Mini looks good apart from the metal part thats arrived cracked on my full size has been replaced with glass on the mini version.

Certainly isn't the speediest company to get a resolution from, you're lucky if you get one reply back with 24hrs. Just taken two days to get to this point. They apologised and offered me either a refund if I sent the whole lot back, a partial refund to either wallet or PayPal or a new one at a reduced price. I accepted the partial refund to wallet expecting it to be the quickest. No timescales where quoted at this point. After accepting the offer they then explained it will take 5-7 business days for accounts to check something (no idea what) then 3-5 business days for the money to hit my wallet. So including the two days it took too get any resolution so far that takes the times upto 3 weeks due to them counting business days only and that's to simply transfer funds to an account on there own website. With their holidays coming up probably looking more at 4 weeks for them to resolve it.

Not the worst service but certainly not the best considering all they have to do to resolve it.

The one advertised on your site is the much smaller kit if you have the correct details with only the TF-T3 Coil 0.2ohm included. Also its priced at 19.99 and you offer free delivery over £20, so you probably should make a thread in the section I just pointed out so you can update with offers and shipping prices if they are different to what you are advertising on your site or it's going to get confusing lol.
