With their holidays coming up probably looking more at 4 weeks for them to resolve it.

Not the worst service but certainly not the best considering all they have to do to resolve it.

Got to say. They have already done the refund so I take back my comments above. Only took a couple of days so well done to them.

They have used Yodel for my deliveries and although not everyone likes them. I have had no problems....they have always been "spot on"
Delivered next day or within 2 working days, depending on what time you order.

 I thought the tracking number looked like YODEL but dosnt seem to be trackable when I put it in on there site, oh well hopefully it will come tomorrow.

If Gearbest have despatched the item, it may have missed that days Yodel pick-up. But it will probably track overnight.
