What's the best calculator to use by weight,I'm on a windows phone so an app would be good too

using

Weight of PG: 1.038 grams per ml
Weight of VG: 1.26 grams per ml
Weight of Pure Nicotine: 1.01 grams per ml

Weight of 72mg in PG: 1.036 grams per ml
Weight of 72mg in VG: 1.242 grams per ml

if the recipe calls for 6ml of VG weigh out 6 x 1.26
for N ml of VG its N x 1.26g of mass..

for N ml of PG, N x 1.038

and for N ml of 72%nic pg base (N x 1.242) g

assume flavour mass to equal its base PG 1.038 unless you have specific info..

not much more than a pen n paper needed really

never had a reason to use a spreadsheet before so i knocked up this for 1-200ml in 1ml steps

aaront903 there is a guy on the Vaping Home Brewers FB group that has just developed a new calculator. It's only windows PC based at the moment, but he's working on an Android App. Are you on that FB group? If not, PM me with your FB name and I can add you.

Anyway, his calculator also allows you to input your concentrate inventory and once you have done that, every time you make a recipe, and confirm made, it will deduct from your inventory so you know when to re-order or know if you don't have enough to make a particular recipe. He is asking for £1 for the program files, which he will email to you - this includes any and all future updates to the program. Today's update includes mixing by weight functionality.

I got this just today, so will be downloading tonight and putting it through it's paces this weekend. I'll report back here with my verdict.
