lairey could you tell us what the steep time is please. it's creams and custard... that means AT LEAST 4 weeks... preferably even more, if you can bear the wait!  Not another 4 weeks  |

PS Horchata is luvvvverly.... a bit of advice to anyone, get Capella's Horchata... Agreed  I have the Capella version and its really good. I've read that TPA Horchata is much harsher/spicier but that TPA Horchata Smooth is very good. Luckily I have all the ingrediants so am off to make some up - will report back in around 4 weeks lairey |

Well the one I have must be the CAP version then......because there's nothing harsh or spicy when I made this up. For those who are wondering what Horchata tastes like, it tastes like a rice malted milk with a vanilla custard at the top end then a slight dash of cinnamon in the background. And is the magic in this recipe. |

From what I've read there are 2 different TPA Horchata's Perpetua - Horchata and Horchata Smooth. Not been able to find the Smooth version on any UK sites  . You should definitely try Capellas's version though - it's very nice indeed imo. Mixes lovely with CAP VC |

Never heard of Horchata before this thread, had to look it up. Sounds very nice, but will have to wait until I make another order in a few months. Have a load of concentrates on their way and dare not do another one just yet
