I ordered 2 subtank mini kits and only 1 of them has the kit. I've never had a problem with fasttech before so I don't know what will happen now! I've raised a ticket saying what is wrong with the stuff but what will happen next???

remeber their working day is out of sync with ours and the language is probably software translated when you communicate via emails, So try to avoid coloqualisms and levity as both will be lost on them and probably confuse the issue completely..
for example i signed one of my ticket messages with (tia, thanks in advance..) I was addressed as Tia for the durration....
patience , simple sentences for clarity, and photographic/video evidence will all help you, fwiw i think FT staff want to provide a good customer service but language/cultural issues can sometimes cloud the issue..

Any ideas on if they will want me to send the entire order back?? (I have the correct kit plus 15 spare coils in the same package) I'm dying to try out the new tank but obviously I can't until I know what is going to happen!!

They wont want you to return it, but they will probably ask for a video of the fault (I know... but they always do)
BUT.... are you sure that both of the ones you ordered WERE kits? some dont include the RBA.

They do want damaged stuff back. I ordered a useless box a while ago and it arrived damaged. It was worth about £5 and they wanted it back. They refunded me the postage and gave me a credit of £8 for my troubles, and sent me a new one. Not sure what they will do with a broken useless box, but hey it's better off in their landfill.

I received completely wrong items in my last order, they asked for pictures, including packaging, which I supplied and they immediately shipped the items I had originally ordered without having to return anything. First time I've ever had to raise a ticket with FT and it was resolved immediately. You are missing a part so therefor you won't have to return anything. When they are satisfied you have a missing part, I'm certain they will forward it on to you. You get your new tank cleaned, built, filled and vape your head off and enjoy.

+1 take a photo of what you have received and that will indicate whats missing, sounds like a simple packing errior and ommision..

Just use the full kit as that was supplied correctly I have experienced both keep it and send it back , when they have supplied the wrong or faulty items
U can't do any more than you have You have raised a ticket and supplied a photo

I've got a defective 40w I-Stick clone (I know shouldn't have bothered with a clone but my 20w clone is fine) and there is no way I could do a video for them to show the fault so I now have to wait for them to email me details to return it.
It doesn't power down, it's stuck in TC mode on 40w, the menu screen shows it's working but it really doesn't power down, the menu even shows it swapping from TC mode to VW mode but it still stuck on 40w.
Anyone know if I have to get postal quotes first? They asked me to take it to a local vape shop and get a quote for repair first but I refused, considering the actual box only cost £14 I don't think so somehow!
