Vendor give away never turned up??

Dont know what to do..  one of the board vendors held a competition/lottery for some juice, i was a 'lucky recipient' and received a pm asking for my addy and the strength, i replied promptly with anticipation..  and thats the last i heard??

I waited a good 3 weeks and posted on the compo thread and pm'd the vendor employee who held the compo..  still no response a week later?? 

what would you do ??

Not the employee that ran the compo, no, cld simply be an admin cockup with him off ill/on holls and no one been checking the aaec mailbox?? so i dont wanna name n shame or make a big deal of it.. ive also emailed them at their contact email, but only did that today so no surprise they haven't had a chance to respond..
