Does your say payment failed on your orders page? for some reason yes it has failed can't see why it did it. On mobile site it doesn't show that it failed. Oh well sod it can't be bothered with them tbh Yeah mine says failed too, although my paypal still shows the payment as pending meaning i've authorised the payment but they haven't taken it. It's certainly not issue my end with funds i paid with a credit card via PP. I sent Isabel a PM yesterday about it but obviously she won't be here until Monday but once again i'm annoyed at Gearbest. Why would they mark the thing as failed? why not just leave it as pending? No emails from them saying that either there was an issue with payment or that the date of the presale had been pushed back. Piss poor communication Gearbest. P.S i also sent a question via the website about this item on the day i ordered it on the 20th of June, got no reply on that question either.

No reply from 3 tickets i post on GB site about delaying EvicVT order for $58.99. Than contacted Isabel22 to arrange me refund - thanx for your effort Isabel Never was lucky with this pre-sales on GB, get stucked with K4 and some other stuff. Got ZNA30 and Cloupor Mini from them without probs at good price anyway. Fun that when my PayPal payment was for Olivia - no probs - - - when for GB more or less troubles...

Because the supplier delay our shipment, still needs 5 more days to arrive at our warehouse.

As a balance to things and to be fair to GearBest......I have never had a problem or bad service from them. isabel22 works really hard to keep everyone on here happy......to the best of her ability and within the confines of her power. Instead of all those that shout, moan and whine.......try a polite PM and you may find it works wonders. Would you expect to be treated nicely if rude to a sales assistant in the UK? Manners cost nothing.
