I am really getting frustrated with this whole situation with my delivery and the lack responses to my pm's.

Just so people know I ordered and Evic mini from the gearbest EU warehouse and its still not here yet after 5 days. my gearbest china delivery took 6 days!!!

To top that off I have been billed $63.99 for the Evic when it is on for $51.99. Isabell22 recognizes this is wrong but still there is o refund. today i recived a message from customer services that they will refund me £7 dollars. simple maths shows I need to be refunded $11.99.

Please escalate this!!!

Him Jeff, the batteries are all ready  on 14 oct , since during these days, we are moving the warehouse . sorry for the delay , i will push them to ship it with swit post as soon as possible. sorry again !
