Gearbest Order/Stock Queries

The problem about shipment : China post , when the package is shipped out , it will be in charge of China post, we are very very hard to push them ,and we also know this post it takes too long time and sometimes miss the package .so that we always suggest the client at least buy one tracking number1.99$ when the total is less than 40 $ and this is also why we open the different express like Britain, Spain, italy , france etc....
in addition , 50% refund ,i asked my customer service , they said this is because the client did not bought the insurance, if they buy it , we will refund 100%.
and thank you so much for your opinion TJ . i will feedback the problem about the 'un-tracked' orders .

Hi,  the Courui D01 Cree XM-L2 has shipped out , but the others all sold out , we are waiting for the re-stock . sorry . i will give you the information about the restock on monday 

the Tilemahos V2 will be restock 10.14 , and Replacement PC Clear Tank is available now, will be shipped out together when the V2 re stock.

Would someone be so kind and tell me when I may get this delivered, ordered on the 19/09/15,  now It say's....2015-10-07 17:35:00 The item has been processed in the country of destination. That was 7/8 day's ago.

If you placed the order yesterday......chasing it now is a bit early.......some things take a couple of days to process if they are busy

Hi mate, i get that, but i heard people getting next day delivery in some cases from the EU warehouse. This is still showing as processing. guess I have to be more patient.
