Hi, mxethey , Unfortunately , the factory stopped to product this rose v2 . would you like to  change the item or refund the money ? in addition , the snowwolf is in stock , we will ship it later.

W1510170646217321 , you paied 39.28$ , and if with VTCMiniMod , it should be 36.99$ , the price difference is 2.29$ , so   refund the 125 points = 2.5$ , is okay ?

isabel22 thanks for the reply, the rose v2 hotcig is showing in stock ship 3-5 days shipping on website. my ticket from customer services said they will ship to me in 7-15 days sorry for delay we have stock problems.
Can you please check again to see if you will get more stock.

My order isabel22 still shows Processing and the tracking number you gave me comes up with nothing when I try to track it, have you've got these batteries in stock?

If not then I might as well cancel my order and get them from another site.

HI, letsavit I have one query , you opened one ticket for cancelling the order yesterday.  so i wonder if you want cancel the total order or only refund 125 points then ship the items?
