The other thing you could do is get an old beat up bike and leave it in the road. As long at it has twisted wheels and rust all over no one should nick it. Or fish a rusty trolley out of a local canal.

I would always advise against any dirty tricks to their car as it's going to be pretty obvious who sprayed the WD40/let the tyres down/put a hard boiled egg in the petrol tank etc
and then you are just going to be waiting till something happens to your car, then something worse is going to need done to their car and so on, and I wouldn't think CCTV is going to stop anyone.
After all, if some local hoodlum runs past your car at night with a hoody on and smashes the window what can you do ?

wd 40 is not crim damage as i was lubricating my kids skateboard wheels and some over spray may or may not have got on her windscreen
it dont do no damage but do go white when water from windscreen washers is added(1st thing you try lol)
as far as parking restrictions go there is none but i would not do it to someone else out of common decency
spesh as there are so many places to park thats not right out side some ones house

got home this morning and its parked across the road
so im a happy bunny 
it might sound daft but after a 12 hour night shift last thing you need is someone parked out side your house with a loud exhaust that seems to go to work at around 10 am

Would annoy me mate, it's disrespectful and it's not something you can walk away from, it's your home. glad he has taken notice though. letsavit law, treat everyone with respect and treat them how I like to be treated. If someone left me a polite notice to say it was outside their home I wouldn't do anymore, so would expect the same. Hence I wouldn't damage the car, I would just front the guy.

I have my own drive but live on a busy road, it's a pain to get out of in reverse in rush hour so I have to pull out on people, always say thank you, most respect I love there and they're just passing but twice I had an aggressive dick toot/flash me. Both times I have slammed my brakes on to get out and ask why, both times they haven't got out the car nor said a single word. Some people change when in a car, then change back to normal when it comes face to face.
