some lovely person has sen the cctv on my house and taken it upon them selfs to start parking outside my house

terraced houses on one side nothing on the other and a car park the other side of the foot path
it has turned from a slight anoyance as it happens some times and thats fine but its now at the point of frustation
i put the cctv up to watch my car not some buggers from the next street
i have placed a note on the window saying park out side someone else,s house please
i hope this works as my next step is wd 40 on the window(dont do any damage but its a right bugger to get off)or do you think this is to much
been happening now for 2 month

no signage is up so its not admissible in court
dont get me wrong i wont damage their car
but why park outside my house when there is a car park or the other side of the street or maybe out side were they live
i used to work in a garage so look on peps who key cars ect as ****,s

dont meen i cant put it on the rollers and put it out side their house

Unfortunately unless the are parking restrictions outside your house or they are blocking your property, there's nothing you can do if it's a public road, they pay road tax so they are free to park where they want, no matter how annoying it is, your only option is to catch the person and politely ask them not to park there, don't even think about the WD40, it will still be criminal damage if you get caught, I had a situation the same a few years back, did all the polite stuff and got told "I'll park where I want" in the end I resulted to dirty tricks, I'd wait until they had parked up, then I got a friend to park right close to his bumper and I parked right behing the offending car blocking him in, every time wanted to go somewhere they would have to knock to ask me to move my car to let them out, but I'd igmore the door until I was ready, after around a week they got fed up and parked somewhere else,,

im in the same situation at work at the moment and my stress levels are ready to blow.
had a reserved disabled space at my hospital for last 15 years.
first space was next to a loading bay and my previous 2 bmw cars were both hit by lorries so 4 years ago they moved me.
perfect until last week. im now getting threatening emails that the 5 disabled spaces had been allocated to patients and i had to move.
where they moved me too over the weekend was a waste of time as at 7.30 this morning there was someone parked in it so i parked back in my original space and another warning email arrived. i removed my staff badge and they say i cant do that as im staff and i will get a ticket????
so i am now the only member of staff who has a blue badge that cant park in a blue badge space.

time for the s* to hit the fan me thinks.

Block them in so they have to knock to ask to get out, you can then have a word, you've left a polite note so now it's just disrespect regardless of law.

Sprinkle a few self tapping screws where they park!!! they'll soon get sick of paying for punctures!!! Just remember not to park there yourself!!!

wd 40 is not crim damage as i was lubricating my kids skateboard wheels and some over spray may or may not have got on her windscreen
it dont do no damage but do go white when water from windscreen washers is added(1st thing you try lol)
as far as parking restrictions go there is none but i would not do it to someone else out of common decency
spesh as there are so many places to park thats not right out side some ones house

i had a very expensive car stereo set up in the old car
i ended up selling the stereo and throwing the car in for free lol
the cctv was to let me know if someone nicked it who it was so i could go get it back (the stereo)

I get it all the time where I live Mate!!! anytime Next door get visitors they park outside my House, It doesn't affect me personally because my cars on the drive, but if my kids visit they have to park outside someone else's House!!! I'm thinking of buying an old Banger and taxing and insuring it just to park outside my House!!!
