Sponge pudding.

I'm trying to make a sponge type pudding with pears/apple, etc. A bit like those upside down sponge/cake puds' you used to have when we were kids. I've got the fruit concentrates needed and also have: TFA cheesecake(graham crust) -CAP New York cheesecake - TFA Graham cracker - TFA pie crust. 

Struggling with this one if I'm honest and could do with a bit of insight.

I'm thinking maybe some cake batter and syrup flavours may help,just an idea?

There's a Kreeds upside down pineapple cake recipe in the mixology area. From memory it's in the desserts section near the bottom. I know I've ordered the bits & waiting for them to arrive before I try it out.

Maybe worth a look?

I love CAP Cake Batter and CAP NY Cheesecake, but my experience of mixing them together was that they really aren't good bed mates!!

FW Yellow Cake I've found to be a really good option for many thnings. Tis a bit of a coil gunker, but the pay off is a great cakey flavour. I imagine it would help the spongey flavour along nicely
