I've got fourteen Mech Mods, both tube and box style, and although not getting the attention they deserve due to a goodly collection of regulated mods that I love. They may prove a real life-saver if the dreaded TPD goes through, and is implemented to the max. No electrics in them so unlikely to go dead on you. Easily replaceable torch batteries that the TPD can't touch, and simple construction so that access to machine tools should keep them going for a long time in the future.
