Can anybody tell me who sells Candyfloss flavour concentrate please.

jevans, all I know is that it is a commonly used sweetener, which some describe as of having a candy floss flavour to it.
I haven't tried it in a LONG time, so would have to search for more info... or someone else here may be able to comment more.

jevans, TPA also do two different types of 'cotton candy' flavouring


[ETA] - TPA's cotton candy, it appears, may be just 10% Ethyl Maltol (EM) in PG

thankfully Postmodern Smoking got there, I know little else than that myself, it was a snippet of info i gleaned from an evenings browsing different sweeteners and 'adjuncts' for mixing..

It varies between recipie, its normally used as a sweetner or to add as part of a more complex mix, ie at 1- drop per 10ml of concentrate, in other examples it can be as high as 1-2% of the total mix. 

I have never seen it used on its own, more often as above as part of a mix.

as above i have never used E.M as a "flavour" i use 1-2 drops per 10 ml to help smooth/round out any harshness with the added bonus its a bit of a sweetener.
