Hey all hopes your all good?
I am getting a bit concerned now as I ordered some replacement bell caps on the 14th of september and have still not received them.
I have emailed them twice now and still no reply!!
They look like they are going through some changes with websites etc but not to reply to 2 emails now is just rude IMO.
So has anyone ever dealt with them?

never heard of them and google is no help.
is it Mr-Eliquid or Mister-E-Liquid from america.
cant find a website only a liquid called Mr-Eliquid.

Hey phatfil yeah its thru paypal so I spose I can sort it out. however they used to be called Mr-Eliquid now they are changing to www.solutionsmoke.co.uk/They say they have dispatched everything but ignore emails just poor customer service I suppose. Oh well I can wait and see. |

seems very dodgy trade under one name till folk chase u and start under another name on site needing a password to enter for vape shopping??
domestic post should arrive within a week of sending a month indicates it was never sent imho...
get onto paypal asap and dispute the payment could it be any more dodgy??
And only use trusted vendors in future.....

glad the news is getting better,With a new site? new design? the password needed status of the new site could simply be an admin/editing access only issue and the publishing of the new url and link could have just been a lil premature.
usually a threat of a paypal dispute is enough, just dont close/end the paypal dispute till the goods have arrived and met expectations, no matter how politely the seller asks you to the dispute just holds the payment in limbo until closed or resolved..
