I'm trying to recreate my OH's favourite juice.
It has what can only be described as a slightly fizzy taste, sherbety.
Any ideas on how to recreate that??

I use CCW Lemonade for a bit of fizz without too much flavour. Or TFA Sour just a couple of drops seems to work.
