VapingBad robbyAny thoughts on that 18 Wh setting? My math works it out just above 14? car147 is on the big ECF thread and may know, there have been lots of complaints, I remember seeing some numbers but can't find them now. ETA The low battery cut off is crazy, the default of 3.09 V is fine, it is under load and the board doesn't just rely on the for battery safety.

I dont think i will be too much help as i have not kept upto speed with the Vapecige Vt200 after the issues started coming to light, last i read was most were reporting the pack certainly is not 1800mah, possibly 1500mah, but the general opinion was 1300mah which would be 14.43 in Escribe if i recall.
only one so far with the battery matching the specs is the Efusion

Aye, the manufactuers dont seem to be doing any of the settings or tests on either the HCigar or the Efusion before shipping, as mine both came with default Evolv settings, 14.43 will be good if its 1300mah , but as far as i am aware the figure is just the setting fir the battery gauge , the important one is your cell cut off which i raised to 3.5v ( I dont like running lipoly cells low) i thought their default was a but too low as i was always informed never to allow a cell go below 3.2v

I think the 3.2 V you were told was the resting voltage not the under load voltage.

It may be a bit cautious , but i just prefer it at that setting, nothing to stop you going lower, but i would not go below 3.2v on any lipo device. It just means you will get less vaping time than someone running at a lower setting.

It make little difference, look at the curve in Escribe 3.6 V is only 5.5% LiPos have very little left down there.

You right, and i am likely over cautious, our main problem using lipo's in Heli's etc is until recently it was not possible to monitor the cells under load. I will switch back in that case, and suggest you do as well kreed. cheers VB

I am convinced the Vapecige battery is a reprinted/labelled 1500mah, and allowing for the usual chinese economy with the truth with batteries, it is probably about 12 or 13. There is no 1800mah LionPower battery that I can find anywhere on the web except in the Vapecige (the dimensions of the 1500mah are exactly the same as the vapecige battery). The battery life is really poor, just less than a day for me and I only vape at about 20 watts. It certainly seems less than I would get from a 2100mah 18650 at 20 watts on another TC mod.

I would agree, if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, quacks like a duck.... it's a duck.
