Anyone here own BOTH Derringer & Owl (from Squonker) RDA's?

Yes it fits, but not snugly. (it's sloppy) On my Owl base there are two orings, the bottom one is slightly larger.
I recon if you swapped the bottom oring for the top one you'd have a goer, as the Owl top cap fits the Derringer base perfic

was going to suggest the vortice BF rda as a better option as it feeds/drains from the bottom of the atty juice well But its disappeared off the fasttech site??? thankfully my 2 more have been shipped But no more are available from FT ias seems, check out the other sites tho as its the ideal BF clone atty imho..

The Owl attie ain't bad actually; I was pleasantly surprised as most seemed pretty underwhelmed wiv it. But it's unwieldy...carrying an old-fashioned diver's helmet about on top of the mod!!
I've got the Velocity, it suits Me better on the Squonker than atop a mech...dunno why!?..
Keep looking at My Origen V2...& the Dremmel!!!!

I did a mod to the owl atty to reduce the chamber size...just reused the same pieces in a different order

vern :- You're a genius! I was thinking about a chamber reducer, like I used to have in My Kraken (it fell out!..) Now the plastic bit sitting in the chamber can do the job & I'll just put a foil 'skirt' around it...secured by said plastic going thru' metal cap. Thank You!

no problems, glad to help. I can alternate between the modded and unmodded and maybe I'm thick but the difference isnt so much..HOWEVER, the modded one looks ten times better without the plastic showing.

I've only done the bit wiv the cap etc...not the drilling the post! As I'm using mesh in the attie, juice gets a bit 'blackened' so I don't really want it returning to the bottle.

...Update:- managed to 'interference fit' (!) a 510/ego beauty ring over the plastic that sits down in the chamber..too lazy to tap a thread!!! Dunno if all this p***ing about is warranted but I'm enjoying the vape!!
