No, it would just be the mAh of a single battery compared to a 11.1 V 3S LiPo and non of those batteries are good enough you would need VTCs, maybe 25Rs but it is going over there rating.

good to know so it still wont last long those dna200 boards need some power

It is all down to how you vape, the board is 97% efficient which I think beats everything else out there (because the voltage is only converted downward).   BTW  the spec for batteries is 23 A.
