Not sure on the ipv, but eVic is easy as plug 'n' play. ie, download software, plug in to usb, click *upgrade*, done. HTH  |

err not sure what you mean mate plug and play what/how to what from what ????? Plug and play means you connect the device or hardware to pc and the pc automatically detect what driver it needs and installs it for you. So you can literally plug it in and use the device a few moments later |
