Good tip, i have been running the TFV4 coils through my ultrasonic and its been working fine, may try a bit of vodka in the hit water as he suggests.

Hmm, interesting. I've been soaking my used coils in vodka for ages now but that's protank & nautilus coils before I re-wick them. I wonder if the same can be done for much smaller coils like the eleaf air coils & old aspire bdc as I have a rake of them that I haven't thrown out......

this is how I clean mine it does work and gives them another few more days of life but don't leave em in the solution for too long Kanthal does rust and Nickel is water soluble.
