Hi rach1981, if the tank is the one pictured in your first link to TW then it is simply one of the range of Eleaf GS tanks and they take any Eleaf GS Air Coil, there are available on Fasttech (China Site) but the clones (copies) are very hit and miss (machining at the top & bottom end is off so don't always fit and bugger me they dry hit & burn!) but they do do the 1.2ohm new cotton coils originals which are much better to use IMO. UK buying is expensive for the GS Air coils so I get mine from AliExpress (again China) but haven't had a problem ordering them, can also get them from SweetVapes (US site) postage is quicker but more expensive. IME the original coils last around 2 weeks depending on e-liquid you use (thicker/higher VG will burn them out quicker as they get clogged up) They do need a really good prime before you use them, dotting all the slits but I've never dotted down the centre hole, leave them to soak in the tank for a good couple hours and take some dry pulls before using (sucking without turning device on) Start the wattage real low (6w) and then slowly crank up until you get a good vape. I've collected a selection of GS Air tanks but to be honest I don't use them that often as I find the coil quality hit and miss even on the originals and the Air intake a bit everything or nothing. I'd recommend an Aspire Nautilus Mini for your battery, I think you will find it a lot easier to use, a better vaping experience and all round better tank compared to the one you have now, spares are way more accessible in the UK, the coils IME last longer & the quality is less hit & miss compared to the GS, to be fair I even find the Kanger Protanks better than the GS tanks and they are original old hat tanks. *true Nautilus/Kanger tank fan*

Hi all, sorry I haven't replied till now. My machine had started getting clogged up I thought it just needed a new coil, so I asked OH to get me some more from the healthier smoker shop which stocks them, they had none in stock however, so he has bought me a new tank I think? his words on the phone were "its a whole new top thing" lol for £12 So that's cool I can use that for now (I do actually have one spare coil but I don't like to be left with none) But just re-reading the thread and I am wondering if once that one gives up the ghost (the woman in the shop said that the tank itself has a seal of it's own, and if its leaking through the air holes at the bottom (which it has been) then its either the seal is gone on the air tank or it's gotten down the hole in the middle somehow) I realised I can probably use a different tank on the top? I see TJ has suggested 'Aspire Nautilus Mini', will this def fit on my battery? when I bought the machine it did come with an adaptor for another tank but I have lost this Thanks

Also I am having to suck for ten seconds or so to get a decent vape at the minute (it's set at 4.0v) I haven't changed the coil in about 11 days though so it could be that maybe?

If its weeping juice from the air hole it maybe the head is flooded. If you remove the tank and whilst holding it upside down blow through the drip tip. Use some kitchen roll around the base air hole to catch the expelled juice. When no more juice is coming out it should be ready to vape. You may well find the flooded coil is why you arent getting a decent vape from it.

the nautilus mini is a good tank for new vapers. minimal fuss and decent flavour and vapour. i would set power using watts and i wouldnt worry about volts. its much easier to understand.
volts multiplied by volts divided by resistance gives you watts.
e.g. 4 volts x 4 volts = 16 16 divided by 1.6 ohms is 10 watts.
just something to help you understand whats going on with the watts/volts thing lol
high vg juice tends to be thicker than pg juices so wicking can be a problem with high vg. if your wick cant keep up with your vaping due to the juice being too thick then a burnt out coil is enevitable. try a 50/50 vg/pg juice so you get the best of both worlds. if you cant vape pg then a subtank may be better for vg heavy juices but thats for another day lol.
feel free to ask questions if you need to, we have all been there lol
