My DNA40s (not just one of em) have developed this odd behaviour. "Weak battery" reports on a newly charged, not ancient battery. When the atty is removed, pulsing gradually increases the battery meter back to full, then putting the atty back on it plunges straight back to 0. Apologies for crap focus, hopefully you can see the power bar on the mod.

Can't view the video ! It's asking for a sign in. What mod is it ? Are they DIY jobs. i had this on a mod someone made, a little digging revealed the neg wire to the 510 was loose causing the weak battery issue. Nipped it up and secured in place and it was sorted. worth a check  |

It can be bad connections, clean them, if they are tarnished use a little metal polish then IPA.

It is seeing too much voltage sag under load which could be dirt, weak battery spring, weak 510 spring, poor/degraded wiring connection like Greg said the 510 earth could have loosed or got tarnished. I think you just need to give it a service. |
