Problem with smok x box 2 connecting with app

when I got my x box and I first tried to connect with the app on my iPhone it went really smoothly with no probes at all so I change the pass code to my own changed the colour of the led and mods name everything seemed to work well no probes all is well then the next day I tried to use the app again and now it carnt even find the box let alone connect with it so I was wondering if anyone else had this issue and could give any advice??

I had this on the first day, it all seemed to stop after replacing the batteries so i dont know what rectified it, I havent changed the passcode though

You definitely have bluetooth turned on? (plus and minus pushed at the same time toggles it) It will switch off after a while (if not in use) to conserve the battery.

Jobs a goodn only thing is when I've gone through the menu it said it was on but I tried the toggle and it's working fine now so thanks loads mate
