20/80 vg/pg liquid recommendations

Hi, sorry for yet another question

My Istick 40w and mini nautilus arrived today and am already liking it but finding I am finding it very heavy on my chest and causing coughing, tightness. This is with 30/70 vg/pg liquid, so was going to try and get some 20/80 and maybe 10/90 liquid to try and see if that helps. Can anyone recommend some good sites to get these from?

Also what is the recommended settings to use for Istick 40w, currently it's on 7w with a 1.8 coil.

I'm no expert but maybe the nicotine strength that's causing the problem.
I experienced a tight chest and coughing dropped from 18mg to 12mg and I was fine.
I was at the time using istick 50w with nautilus mini, I'm now using 6mg as I now use sub ohm tanks.

cruella666 I did think that but am currently trying 12mg and did think i'd need at least 18mg as smoke about 20 superkings a day. Will keep trialling different levals and see. Thank you.

I'm thinking along the same lines as cruella snowy, I've been on 50/50 12mg for a while but lately every single liquid is giving me wheezing and coughing fits after a few tokes, doesn't matter what set-up I use so have mixed some at 10mg and at weekend am going to try some even lower to see how I get on.

I'd say that you would want to up the vg, I know it means slightly less flavour and more vapour if you are looking to be stealthy but I started on 50/50 and found that rough.
I'm using 70% vg at 12-15mg now, smooth as now but rather cloudy.

Your body might just be adjusting too. Saying that I sometimes get caught out on the exhale because the vapor can be a bit wet haha silly I know but some of the flavours I've used can be so flavoursome that my mouth waters.
