Morning, I was just browsing gearbests site looking for a charger and i came across this. It look interesting but is 3a charging safe?

Yea xtars are good, I think that skyrc one is good for analyzing the batteries too to see its mah, plus it seems to have a pc link too, looks like it might be micro usb but its at an angle. Shows the temp of each battery on the bluetooth app too, but i think 3 amps might b too much for most 18650s, The samsung 25r's say they can handle 4a but I think if they get too hot its not good, at 1a they seem fine, maybe 2a might be just about ok. Also some chargers themself get hot and heat the battery up alot so it depends on that too.
