Hiya, just got a few of the lord of the juice concentrates and one of them is french butter and im not sure what to do with it. Has anyone used it or has some ideas for uses?

No, not nutty more creamy butter, like butter on hot toast. smells nice and passed the lick test but dont think it would be great on its own. Just not sure what to mix it with, maybe add to creamy fruit juices to add something extra?

I imagine it to be along the lines of our Butter Cream . . . . wouldn't think you'll need much if it's like a straight Butter concentrate, how about Peanut furbs? Maybe combined with a cakey/biscuit flavour to give an extra depth/richness?

Cheers Perpetua, had not thought of peanut butter. To be honest ive tried 2-3 peanut butters and not liked any of them. Do you have a fav recipe for it?

Do you have a fav recipe for it? I'm mega lazy and tend to use Capella or TPA's ready blended concentrates as they suit my tastes furbs. Have you either of them that you could add a little of this French Butter to?

Nope, not got any of them in at the mo. Might get some in next week. Wonder what it might do to a custard mix?

Wonder what it might do to a custard mix? Make it more buttery/creamy I'd imagine . . . . worth trying a small sample, maybe add a little Chocolate and/or Cookie for more depth and variation furbs.
