Just put a new board in this for greendollarBit fiddly but a nice mod, love the faceplate.

why not just use the existing through holes for the buttons? the silkscreening is there..the tracks are in place...am I missing something? Pop one of those wires through the holes, solder both sides..etc.

Pop one of those wires through the holes, solder both sides..etc. I did not use the existing tracks because when i removed the board some of the tracks lifted off and i did not want to risk putting it back together and then it failing on the owner in a few weeks time. I did it that way so i could test each connection to make sure it was permanent.
