Just be aware Ryan that as soon as you add Cake batter to a recipe it needs a minimum of 3 weeks steep |

It's similar but not a 1:1. 23% isn't really that high, maybe the higher side of average, but definitely not over flavoured IMHO |

I normally say I'm not a bakery fan but I just cracked open Mrs Lords Victoria sponge and its sublime, so I will give AAEC's version a whirl, if its as light and fluffy i'll be happy

iLardyboy has a great palate for dessert/pudding/custard flavours Pepperty so I'm sure you won't be disappointed. I've been meaning to try Cakey Custard - but keep getting sidetracked . . . . .
