Well its all kicking off locally today. An armed bank robbery, Bomb disposal squad, police helicopters the lot. Local bank was held up this afternoon and all hell broke loose. Children were locked in the schools, people shopping were kept in stores and local people and businesses were advised to close there doors. God knows where they got all the police and they are still searching for the robber, helicopter flying around with the big searchlight on. Initial rumours that they were after someone who had stolen carrier bags from Asda's proved unfounded  |
