new vaping law

Whats the crack with this new law? Will i still able to buy 72mg nicotine as i already do to mix my own liquid? will i still able to buy my stock coils for tanks i already have? Will i still able to buy mods etc? Very confused by it all, seems a load of crap

I think most of us DIY mixers have a stack of brown glass bottles full of nicotine in household freezer for that reason.

Its also why I've learnt to recoil and build and have a stock of armageddon gear, just in case...

Probably No Ryan, so its not a bad idea to stockpile a litre or 5 of nicotine juice in the freezer, (a year or so's worth at least)

while the EU ban will impact the wholesale chinese mod and atty sales, i doubt if fasttech or gearbest etc will spontaneously become more diligent with their custom declaration completion, so unless the UK customs folk get a bee in their bonnets about non TDP compliant gear slipping in the odd bit at a time, and one would hope they have better things to be concerned about.. you should still be able to buy gear from the far east. but may run the risk of a 'jobsworth custom official and a spot check?? but buying from UK retailers wont be possible..

of course most of the indepentent artisan craftsmen/women making hi end hand crafted EU mods and attys will be screwed to the wall.. @windows will probably go underground

The best we can hope for is an official apathy towards implementing the regulations, but considering the cash n effort big tobacco have put into getting the law in the first place i would expect them to invest heavily in nudging politicians and agencies to enforse it ;(

Sadly that may be one option. I already have a fair amount of 72mg nicotine base stored and I will add to it before May next year. Many others are doing the same. I also have a fair number of rebuildable attys against the day.

A lot of people are buying stocks of nicotine - there are a couple of very good threads about how to do this - Thread

I am pretty sure you will be able to buy coil and wick and flavourings, but tanks and mods will be hard to come by.

There will be a massive black market for some of this stuff.

Pre-mixed juice will be limited to 10ml and 20mg

The problem is that most vapours I have spoken to don't realise the full significance of the law - it will change vaping as we know it, and many people will go back to smoking. It is the single biggest threat to public health since the open sewer. As a direct result of the policy thousands will die of smoking related diseases.

Seriously, get to understand what is going to happen and tell every vapour you know, and tell them to write to MPs and MEPs.

rather a long time with minimal degradation, could be 5+ years.... there's a couple of threads on here about it, have a search
