They've fast become one of my favourite Vendors for DIY supplies  . . . . brilliant service on each of my orders from The Ecig Shop.


Just wish they would complete their Vendor registration on the Forum, although I think Natalie(?) is/was expecting - so she and her partner may be rather pre-occupied for the time being.

still is expecting (or at least last week) and they are moving one of their shops to a bigger location...managed to get to their chesterfield shop when i was home

First experience

I ordered some concentrates and pay pal paid via e cheque for some reason. Got a phone call first thing next morning telling me this.

Great cominications and more custom now coming from me.

Why has my payment been sent as an eCheque?


A payment will be sent as an eCheque if your PayPal balance is not enough to cover the payment and you don’t have a card and a bank linked to your account.

With eCheques, your bank account will be debited when the payment is initiated. However, the recipient will typically receive the money 5-7 working days later.

To see the status of your eCheque payment:
1.Log in to your PayPal account.
2.Locate the payment in your Activity and check the status.
•Cleared: The transfer to the recipient has completed.
•Uncleared: The transaction is still processing from the bank.
•Failed: We were unable to obtain the money from your bank so the payment to the recipient hasn't completed.
•Cancelled: You've cancelled the eCheque. If you cancel an eCheque the money will still be debited from your bank account, but will be credited to your PayPal account balance.

You can see the expected clearing date of your eCheque on the Transaction Details page. Just click the payment in your Activity.

I never have a postive PayPal balance, it just gets taking from my account? Not to worry told ecig to put them aside and send when cleared.

Not happy with pay pal ATM, had two claims against me in as many weeks of item that didn't arrive and thier very quick to take the money back, one I thinks bull with the guy rude demanding attitude who I basically said don't contact me again, one seemed genuine with a these thing happen attidutte. I cane remeber the last time a UK to UK Royal Mail didn't arrive for me...yet they have just gone in gearbest favour of an item I did not receive from their Eu warehouse because a tracking number that said it was delivered, bloody yodel guy leaves items on my doorstep on a busy road, I can see the items half way down the road.

Had a order delivered yesterday from them two items missing so phoned them up at around 2pm no problem will post today they said,
around 11 this morning postie knocks on the door with the missing bottles they sent yesterday.
Dam fine service from them really can't fault them at all.

Yes i see your point but its the way they delt with the problem no fuss no dramas no trying to say they sent the items, and i was trying it on they just got the replacements out to me
ASAP.
Just good customer service.

Aftersales is always a strong point with a vendor for me it's as important as the price/quality of items if your not ignored when there is a problem

Another +1 for www.thee-cigshop.co.uk, I really like them. I made a mistake on one of my last orders with them, made a phone call and it was fixed in about 2 minutes. Delivery time is great as well.
