Another Custard

15% Vanilla Custard v1 (CAP)
6% Cheesecake (Graham Crust TPA)
4% French Vanilla (Cap or TPA same %)
2% DDL

Steep 3 - 4 weeks overnight lid off then lid on for duration, the higher the custard % the longer the steep
8% 3weeks is fine
10% plus 4 weeks

The longer it steeps the better.

add 1 - 2 drops EM/sweetner if preferred, I dont

The custard I've run from 8% - 15% all good still waiting on some higher % to be ready,
French Vanilla I've tried both Cap And TPA no great difference in either to me.

This Custard I find quite intriguing; the custard comes through nicely and then as you try to work out the taste, sometimes you'll get a toffee or caramel hint from the DDL and other times you'll get an ever so slight hint/wift of coconut from the Graham Crust, yet neither are prominent and that’s coming from my dull taste buds.

I'm down the A5 from you more towards Harpenden, in between Harpenden and Luton
