E-juice wise, I would imagine that most Vapers already have a good 10+ years stashed already.
Atty wise, well I am still learning on that one.
E-cig wise, well I haven't started learning the DIY side of that yet but as there is, as yet, no tax on torches, I'm sure I could knock something up if needed.
And, if all else fails, I could always grow my own tobacco and vape that. Afterall, that is what I was doing before I found e-cigs and there is no law to prevent you from buying tobacco seed and growing and curing your own.

I would estimate that other than the very small percent of vapers who visit the forums the remaining 99% don't have any sort of stash + think TPD is something that you might catch on holiday

Agree absolutely cigeliquid. But while, as a smoker, I'd never have thought about joining a forum on that subject, I am somewhat mystified that of all the vapers in this area, I appear to be the only one who considers an e-cig forum to be a vital part of my Vaping Experience. If I had not passed on the information about TPD and its possible consequences for next May, then none of them would be any the wiser until any adverse outcome came into practise. Perhaps, as forum members, we worry too much, or perhaps we have simply been vaping for so long that we are now reaping the rewards that have come from the healthier and money saving lifestyle that vaping brings, but I have no intention of giving up my new found freedom just because some idiot politician wants to make an extra buck.

The actually rather small percentage of us who've been vaping for a while and don't buy e-liquid from petrol stations need to make provision though just in case
