Hi ive been informed that using a little hand latte, coffee, electronic whisk can reduce the steeping process.
Does anybody use this method? anyway ive bought one and just tried it, if one thing you don't have to shake the bottle like a mad man anymore.
Any good or negative thoughts on this one people?
mucho apprecio

As long as you keep it clean, I suppose it might help smiley76 Surely the flavours still need time to interact with each other, I reckon it should help dissipate any chemical scents and such el pronto. Let us know how you get on.

It will save you having to shake the bottle but it won't shorten the time needed to steep.

lots n lots n lots of myths n fables on this subject, most originating from the US where they believe in anything.. There is no substitute for time when it comes to steeping, mixing can be accomplished a number of ways and a quick shake in a full bottle isnt going to mix very well at all.. just be glad u didnt read about using an ultrasonic bath swallow the myth and spend big £££'s on one

How do you know this yinyang? 3 years personal mixing experience tells me that a good shake, let breath for 24 hours with cap off and then lots of patience is the only way to get a well steeped mix. All these whisking, ultrasonic cleaner, microwave etc myths make no difference to the time required. However, experiment by all means and reach your own conclusion ... It is all part of the fun.

Steeping is technically the wrong word but has been hijacked by the vaping community to describe a liquid that has "mellowed" and ready to vape. Steeping in the normal sense of the word is defined as the infusion of flavours into a liquid (think making a cup of tea). However, no amount of shaking a bottle or using a whisk or ultrasonic cleaner will produce the required effect with eliquid because the mellowness does not come purely from the thorough mixing of the liquid components, rather the chemical breakdown of the components in a mixture over time, no amount of shaking or whisking will break chemical bonds. People use the method you are describing to ensure that the ingredients are mixed thoroughly and that the maximum amount of oxygen is introduced into the liquid - the major reason that the chemical bonds break and the mixture "steeps" better and faster than just leaving it on the shelf.
The search function on the forum is helpful, this has been discussed numerous times in the past.

You normally find that menthols and fruity flavours are ok to go from the off, it's the bakery ones like custard that take the time.

Does it taste weak or just horrible? I've recently learned that fruit flavours should breath for 12 hours before you vape. Working a charm for me so far.
