I do use a milk whisk when mixing but no way does it help with "steeping" but it does save a lot of arm ache from shaking. I have tried it with the whisk and without it it makes no difference to the time it needs to steep IMHO

I did mix that one at 15% 30pg 70vg 3mg nic chykensa the custard I copied off you 4 weeks ago was delicious
