I have totally confused myself At at the moment I have a set up that is pen shaped from my lovely friend Snow and now want something sort of a step up from where I am. This is where the confusion starts I really don't understand what I need to get - the terminology is all v confusing and I am completely baffled. I just want something simple and idiot proof lol. I think it is just the bottom bits I need as I have 2 tanks. Thank you you so much for reading also do do the bottom parts have a limited life as mine has stopped working

To start off with do you want the battery built in or separate battieries, what sort of watts do you vape at and what's your price range?

Um I would like to be able to charge it by plugging in. I don't know what watt the bases are that I have (I will have to ask Snow) they don't have anything written on them. The tanks are klangertech mini protank II. The coils are 2.2 ohm. The bases I have are the same width as the tanks and about 3in long if that is of any help. I can't really afford to spend more than £50 at the absolute most.
(I have managed to get the base working again lol)

30 watt istick - built in battery so charged with a phone charger, simple controls, and at the power you are likely vaping at, will last ages before needing charged again.

Hi, its all very confusing i agree, but its worth persevering basically your looking for a better battery/box. We call em 'Mods' why? I dunno and since there is so much terminology involved who can be bothered to care why we call em mods we just do hehe. the istick30 suggested above is a very good basic mod, the battery is built in and can be charged using a micro usb lead and has the ability to let you select the output power measured in watts upto a max 30w.. using the sort of tank or atomiser (UK spelling) that will sit on a pen style battery i doubt you will go upto the 30w end and will probably be happy vaping at 10-12w. however if you decide you might like to try a different tank (atomiser/atty) the istick 30 will be able to let you try some of the tanks that will let you use the extra power take it at your own pace, ask any questions you like, WE ALL STARTED VAPING THINKING WTF?? and the mantra of this site is the only daft Q's are those left unasked..
